What expectations should I have from a 'Spar-Clean' Inc service?

Our clients can expect exceptional customer service and quality cleaning services. Spar-Clean Inc offers free on-site consultations as a part of our complimentary service if desired. During our on-site consultation, your expectations/needs/wants are discussed which enables us to focus our attention appropriately.

Who will be cleaning my home?

Our trained and certified staff will be completing the cleaning services in your home. Teams will most often consist of 2-3 people.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

This decision is entirely up to you. Our cleaning maids do require access to the home on the day of the scheduled cleaning.

This access can be arranged through someone being home, key, garage code, etc.

Do you provide supplies? Do you use green products?

Yes. We provide the cleaning supplies and equipment. However, we do not supply vacuums, for hygienic purposes. Eco-friendly products can be used upon request.

What are your accepted payment options?

Currently, we accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, as well as Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, American Express, and Interact Debit. Payments made at our office are also possible.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes absolutely! However, cancellations/rescheduling changes must be made at least 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. (Service fees may apply to adjustments made in less than 24 Hours).
