We offer regular cleaning services done on an ongoing basis or on an occasional basis when you are overloaded and just need that extra helping hand.

About our basic services
How many housekeepers do you send in?
Usually two to three – but it depends on your home (or office) and your needs.
No I need to provide supplies?
Nope – we provide all of our own supplies and equipment, except for vacuum cleaners or toilet brushes for hygienic purposes. If you prefer we use your own cleaning supplies/items/equipment, please let the office know beforehand.
Eco-friendly supplies can also be used upon request.
Do I need to do anything before the housekeepers arrive?
Yes, please – to make our services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before the cleaning.
Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
Yes absolutely! However, please note if the case of cancellation or adjustments is done less than two (2) full days before the cleaning, service fees may apply. More notice ahead of time the better 🙂
How is your pricing determined?
Our pricing is based on your cleaning needs, the size of the home/room/space, the condition, and the hours required to do the cleaning service – this is the industry standard. We always want to make sure our customers are happy with the service and quality care that we provide – with transparency, affordability, and personal touch.
What services are not included?
For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.
Separately ordered services include (though not limited to): deep stain removal, carpet cleaning, furniture/upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, grout cleaning, laundry service, cleaning inside of the refrigerator, oven, rubbish cupboard, and odour traps, ventilation slots (e.g dryer vent/ducts).
